What filter options are available with the EON 100 and EON 120d?

Short answer: Dolphin EON 100 includes a 70-micron basket, with an optional 110-micron basket or 14-micron DebrisLock™ filter available.

Tools: MaytronicsOne app

Based on Maytronics support, updated 2026-07-19, rewritten by Poolbots' pool experts. Applies to 2 models. Parts that fix it are below.

The answer

What to know.

Included filter for Dolphin EON 100

EON™ 100 Monoblock Filter

Dolphin EON 100 includes a closed, fine 70-micron filter basket with a lid. It filters from all directions to capture more debris.

Optional 110-micron filter basket

EON™ Basket Filter

An optional 110-micron basket is available separately. It has no top lid and does not support backwash. A double seal around the top helps keep debris inside. You can also install fine filter panels in this basket.

Optional DebrisLock™ filter

EON™ DebrisLock™ Filter

The patented DebrisLock™ filter is compatible with Dolphin EON 100 and is sold separately. It provides ultra-fine, 14-micron filtration and uses backwash technology.

You can replace its panels with fine filter panels, but the lid remains ultra-fine.

Activate backwash when upgrading to DebrisLock™

Use the MaytronicsOne app to enable backwash for the DebrisLock™ filter.

  1. Open Settings using the three dots in the top-right corner, then select Filter Type.
  2. Turn on the Activate Backwash switch. Blue indicates that backwash is enabled.

Deactivate backwash when switching to a non-DebrisLock™ filter

Use the MaytronicsOne app to turn backwash off before using a non-DebrisLock™ filter.

  1. Open Settings using the three dots in the top-right corner, then select Filter Type.
  2. Turn off the Activate Backwash switch. It should appear gray.
  3. Select Change to Non-DebrisLock filter, then select Confirm.
