How do I remove the EON 100/120d from the pool?

Short answer: Use the included grab hook on a standard pool pole to bring the robot to the waterline, then lift it by the handle, not the back.

Easy About 2 min Tools: Included grab hook, Standard pool pole, Clicker, if equipped

The answer

What to know.

Using the grab hook

The grab hook included with the EON™ 100 & 120d fits any standard pool pole.

  1. Attach the grab hook to your pool pole.
  2. Use the hook to bring the robot to the waterline.
  3. Lift the robot out of the water by its handle.

Always use the handle, not the back, to avoid putting pressure on the panels.

Using the Clicker and ClickUp™

The EON™ 120d comes with the Clicker. Use the ClickUp™ feature to bring the robot to the wall:

  • After a cleaning cycle: Shake the Clicker in the water for 3–5 seconds to call the robot to the wall.
  • During a cleaning cycle: Shake the Clicker to stop the robot. Then shake it again to call the robot to the wall.

ClickUp™ is also offered as an optional add-on accessory for the EON™ 100. For help with this accessory, chat with Poolbots' pool experts.
