Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Our customers only pay for return shipping and are never required to pay a restocking fee. We believe that for you to have the best online shopping experience, you should be able to try and return any product without penalty. If for any reason whatsoever you're not 100% happy with your purchased items, simply contact us at Returns or send an email to info@poolbots.com

Return Instructions

With PoolBots.com's 30-day return policy, there is no hidden fine print or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the product is in new condition.

  • You can return any purchased product to us for a full 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Returned products must be in the condition your received them in and also in the original box with all packaging.
  • There is no restocking fee. You only pay for return shipping.
  • Contact us or send an email to info@poolbots.com to get a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) prior to the return.
  • You can return any purchased product to us for a full 30 days from the purchase date.
  • After your return is received by our warehouse and is inspected usually within 72 hours of receipt), your purchased price (not including shipping) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your credit card account
