How do the S1000/S2000/S3000 clean stairs and sun ledges?
Short answer: Stair cleaning runs automatically in Full Coverage cleaning mode, and sun ledges require a minimum water depth of 12"-15".

The S1000/S2000/S3000 detect steps and climb stairs. On the way down, a water jet turns on automatically to flush away dirt and debris.
This feature works automatically in Full Coverage cleaning mode. To clean sun ledges, it requires a minimum water depth of 12"-15".
How can I schedule cleanings with the S2000 and S3000?
Short answer: Schedule cleanings in the MyDolphin™ Plus app using the S2000 Weekly Timer or the S3000 Smart Weekly Timer.
Set up your cleaning schedule in the MyDolphin™ Plus app. The timer options depend on your model:
- S2000: Use the in-app Weekly Timer to schedule Full Coverage cleaning.
- S3000: Use the Smart Weekly Timer to schedule cleanings, set the cycle duration and choose from six cleaning modes.
Depending on the selected mode, cleaning cycles last 2 to 3 hours. Fast Mode runs for 1 hour only.
What does the S3000 feature?
Short answer: The S3000 has six cleaning modes, stair and sun ledge cleaning, fine and ultra-fine filtration, app controls, and a caddy with a cover.
