For a filter opening on the bottom
- Step 1: Remove the filters Turn your Dolphin over so the bottom faces up, then take out the filter or filters.
- Step 2: Find the serial number Locate the white sticker inside the robot and read the serial number printed on it.
For a filter opening on the top
- Step 1: Remove the filters Lift the top lid, then take out the filter or filters.
- Step 2: Find the serial number Locate the white sticker inside the robot and read the serial number printed on it.
If the registration process rejects your serial number, check that you entered each character correctly.
