I bought this pool vacuum few months ago but Every time that I use it works for 20 minutes and stops. Restart the unit but this time works only for 2 minutes. Manufacturer does not respond to my email. do your research if you want to buy this brand
This replacement of my old robot cleaner is fantastic. I was happy with my Dolphin robotic cleaner - so when it finally stopped working after 11 years of faithful service I decided to buy the same brand “Dolphin” for my new robot.
Easy to set up, just plug it in and let it go. It does a great job of scrubbing the tile and cleaning the drains. Two hours running and pool is clean. Cleaning the unit after use is very quick, simply rinse with a hose.
We bought this after our barely 2 year old Dolphin Triton died and would have cost $700 to fix (main computer). It works ok if you don't have acorns. Acorns aren't new to my pool, and the Triton handled them fine. The acorns get stuck in every part of the E30. After every cycle (if it finishes) there are acorns in the body underneath the basket, in the impeller, the vent on the top cover and even behind the track. Literally. I have to take the little box/cover that is inside the body where the track is because acorns got stuck in there. I'm lucky if I don't have to take the parts off to clean the impeller every day. Sometimes I have to multiple times a day because it rarely finishes a cycle because acorns or tops get stuck soon after it starts. Not impressed. It was good when the tree wasn't dropping acorns. Can't wait to see what happens when all the leaves drop.
