Your Dolphin Skimmi serial number is on a white sticker on the inner side of the bottom floats. The same number is on the white label on the box and on the warranty card.

Go to registration.maytronics.com, enter the serial number and your details, and keep the receipt handy: it sets the start date.
If something fails
Before a claim on the Skimmi 300.
Maytronics asks owners to troubleshoot first, and most Skimmi 300 calls end there: charging, then the filter, impeller and tracks. A charger or battery fault is a replacement claim, without sending in the robot.
