Why are my Dolphin’s tracks loose or falling off?
Short answer: Reinstall loose tracks and check your pool chemistry. Replace tracks that are faded and still slip off after these checks.
If the tracks came off during the first use, try reinstalling them by hand. Tracks can sometimes shift and loosen during shipping.

The fix
Step by step.
A new Dolphin’s tracks can shift and loosen during shipping. If they come off when you first use the robot, reinstall them by hand.

Frequent use in a pool with unbalanced chemicals can damage the tracks and leave them slack. Check that your pool chemistry is within Maytronics' recommended ranges shown below.

If the tracks look faded and remain loose and keep slipping off after you reinstall them and check the pool chemistry, replacement is recommended.
