The fix
Step by step.
For Liberty 200/300/400 robots, work through these checks in order.
-
Step 1Check the charger and battery charge
Confirm that the charger is working properly. Let the robot complete a full charging cycle. The power unit should show 3 steady LEDs when charging is complete.
-
Step 2Check water placement
Put the robot in the pool within 30 seconds of starting it. It must be completely underwater to operate properly.
-
Step 3Clean the filters\n Clean the filter cartridges using the instructions in this video.

-
Step 4Inspect the tracks and brushes
Make sure the robot is unplugged before checking the tracks for trapped debris. This video shows how to clean the tracks.

With the robot unplugged, turn it upside down. Inspect the tracks and brushes for anything blocking movement or any visible damage.
-
Step 5Check Eco Mode on Liberty 300/400
For Liberty 300/400, make sure Eco Mode is not enabled. To cancel it, take the robot out of the pool and connect it to the charger.
