Are Poolbots instant rebates available in stores or only online?
Online only. Our instant rebates are exclusive to orders placed at Poolbots.com. They are not honored in physical stores, at third-party retailers, on Amazon, or on eBay. If you prefer to buy in-store, the manufacturer's Maytronics mail-in rebate is a separate program that covers select Dolphin models purchased from a brick-and-mortar Maytronics dealer.
What's the difference between an instant rebate and the Maytronics mail-in rebate?
An instant rebate is a discount we apply automatically — you see the lower price right at checkout, with no forms or warranty paperwork. It's online only at Poolbots.com. The Maytronics mail-in rebate is a separate manufacturer program for in-store buyers that requires submitting a rebate request online alongside your warranty registration. Can I stack the Maytronics mail-in rebate with my Poolbots instant rebate?
No. The two programs cover different purchase channels. Our instant rebate is online only at Poolbots.com. The Maytronics rebate is for in-store purchases at brick-and-mortar dealers and explicitly excludes online orders — so any single purchase qualifies for one path or the other, not both.
